Based to the south of Basingstoke, this industry leading, 3D medical imaging and image management software development company, are looking to recruit a bright and enthusiastic Support Specialist.
As a Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing support to my client's customers on their PACS service. This will include answering calls and responding to incidents and service requests logged via their Service Management portal.
You will possess a good telephone manner, a high level understanding of ITIL and the Service Desk environment, as well as be familiar with the workflow and escalation of a busy support team.
After a qualifying period you will be expected to join the on-call rota.
To apply for this position applicants should have IT support role experience, possess a full clean driving license, possess a good understanding of Microsoft Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 and will be a diligent worker with a good attention to detail.
Experience of NAS Storage and Linux administration together with knowledge of Microsoft SQL would be desirable.
Salary £25k-£28k depending on experience.
