The School - Teaching assistant
My clients Primary school is on the search for a teaching assistant to help ensure the students make progress towards their targets in every subject. The teaching assistant will also consist of helping students one to one when they need extra help within certain areas. Also, to demonstrate a commitment to building positive family relationship and professional relationship within the school.

Main Duties-Teaching Assistant
-To support individuals with SEN and/ or groups to help them learn.
-To support teachers in assessing the needs of individual children.
-To observe, record and feedback information on pupil performance.
-To support children with all aspects of daily routines such as playtimes, lunch
times and in the classroom.
-Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
-An understanding of effective monitoring evaluation and assessment.

Skills and attributes - Teaching Assistant
-Helpful, resilient, positive, calm and caring nature.
-Able to plan, organise and prioritise.
-Able to manage good communications system.
-The ability to create a happy, challenging and effective learning environment.
-Excellent Listening Skills
-The ability to be proactive.
