My client is a leading global tech business, one of the most respected and fastest growing providers of cloud-based technology. They have a product offering covering the most well respected SaaS providers, the business offers a suite of products on a subscription model.
My client is in need of a Customer Success Director to join the business to help build, grow and lead a team of Customer Success Managers and Executives. This is a brand new role into the business and as such are looking for an experienced professional who has previously lead and built a Customer Service function within a technology business.
Your experience will come from a software or telecoms background and you will be required to provide guidance on how to develop this function within the organization as well as helping grow the team and manage the division on a day to day basis. Previous experience in working within a business that operates a subscription service for their products is desired as they need someone to hit the ground running to be able to adequately service their customer base across the UK and Europe.
