Service Desk Analyst - Level 1 (Shift)


£16,000 - £19,000 + 15% shift allowance

An award winning IT service provider are looking to add to their busy service desk based in Southampton. The role offers an excellent progression track and a working environment where you will pick up new skills and technologies everyday.

Key responsibilities:

- Central point of contact between the customers and I services

- Manage incident and requests

- Provide initial assessment of all incidents, attempt first time resolution and escalate when required

- Ensure customers SLAs are adhered to

- Produce management reports

- Keep users up to date on the progress of their tickets

This role will suit someone currently working in a busy service desk environment that is looking for an opportunity to develop their own career further. They are looking for someone with good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Windows Operating Systems and Servers.

This role will require you to cover a 24/7 helpdesk where your shifts will work on a 4 days on 4 days off basis.
