Client Services Account Manager
Our client is a well-known and reputable Global company that is responsible for providing a loss adjusting and claims management service; servicing the claims needs of Insurers, Brokers and Corporations across the UK. They provide a full range of claims services across many areas including Property and Business Interruption, Liabilities, Marine and Transportation, P.I, Motor, Accident and Health.
We are now recruiting for a dynamic and ambitious Client Services Account Manager to join their team.
The role will involve the successful candidate managing the relationship and claims management service requirements for one of their largest clients. This client is a prestigious Global company and manufactures products for a wide range of industries across the world.
Role responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Develop strong relationships at all appropriate levels within each client and engage operational managers where required
Provide a pro-active and responsive service to clients and prospects, ensuring adherence to their account management structure
Measure and track claim volumes and revenue and take every opportunity to extend their service offering to clients
Work closely with the Client Services & Sales Director to ensure senior management are suitably engaged in relationships, Understand client needs, requirements and service levels and ensure that you deliver against these in every instance
Understanding client needs and delivering strong and concise proposals
Use empirical evidence of claims savings, case studies and customer satisfaction scores
Manage relationships across the business
Escalate issue to senior management where appropriate
Refer to Company technical claims staff to help resolve technical issues
The successful candidate must have the following attributes and qualifications:
Achievement of: Dip CII or Dip CILA
Desirable: ACII or ACILA
Exceptional focus on key deliverables
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Excellent customer service ethos
Strong client relationship skills
This is not a technical role, but a sound technical claims knowledge or a willingness to develop this area is needed. Will also consider experienced Client Account Managers from an Insurer or Broker background with a good understanding of claims and the claims process across cross class insurance
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent sales skills
Sound business acumen
A solid track-record of developing and maintaining internal relationships across the business
