Experienced IFA Administrator working Full/Part Time - Fareham, Hampshire

We are looking for someone to strengthen our friendly IFA practice in Fareham. Whilst we may be small we are very busy and profitable and this job will provide an ideal opportunity for someone to improve and gain new skills in a challenging but rewarding environment.

We are proud of our success which has been built on a solid foundation of quality and ethics. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, driven and "smart working" experienced Financial Services administrator within an IFA environment to support our financial planning team.

Our clients include successful business people, families and retirees based locally and countrywide who are provided with a complete range of wealth management and personalised financial planning services.

To be successful in this position you will be an experienced Administrator within an IFA practice. Knowledge and experience of Intelliflo and Providers Websites is essential.

Full/Part Time position offered. Hours can be arranged around the school day. required.

You will have strong attention to detail, a 'hands-on’ approach and be capable of independently completing required functions whilst also liaising effectively with other team members. Be professional, and act ethically, impartially and always in the best interests of clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Be responsible for our back office system Intelligent Office (Intelliflo) updating with critical information accurately.

  • Data and information gathering

  • Contact with customers, via telephone, letter and email

  • Provide customers with a first class service and a positive experience

  • Providing full administration support at all times.

  • Ensure client information kept up to date

  • Packaging documents for reports/compliance

Skills required

Have at least one year's experience working in a similar role within an Independent Financial Adviser Firm
