The Role:

This role will sit within the Go to Marketing team and work closely with all marketing managers and reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager. Your will also be responsible for an array of B2B and B2C projects spanning across a number of channels - digital, newsletters, print, exhibitions, advertising and other online & offline requirements. You will be an integral part of the team to help drive engagement with the Air Partner brand. This is an exciting role and a great opportunity to join a high-end brand who are expanding.

Job Accountabilities:

General responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Aid in the development & implementation of the Air Partner brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels globally.
  • Develop engaging concepts, graphics, layout and artwork across multi-channel marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Creative development and build of digital requirements and HTML emails
  • Creative design for internal communications -print, digital and important internal presentations.
  • Liaising with the marketing team internally to determine requirements, taking into account budgets.
  • Implement creative support for sales teams to help with business development.
  • Work with creative agencies when required and help to brief external suppliers on best use of brand guidelines.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Degree / relevant level qualifications for this role
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a similar role
  • An ideal candidate would have experience working across lifestyle or luxury brands
  • Understanding of marketing
  • Advanced experience working with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver &Photoshop knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of online software and packages such at HTML, Dreamweaver and Content Management Systems with design and layout capabilities
  • Relevant work experience within a creative role with a strong portfolio
  • Demonstrable track record of integrity, honesty, trustworthiness and professionalism (essential).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task across projects
  • The ability to be collaborative, understand briefs & work to tight deadlines
  • Accurate with attention to detail (outputs in different languages)
  • Confidence to present ideas internally.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.
  • International experience & languages are a plus (IT, FR,DE, ES)
