Sales/Business Development Consultant - Flexible Benefits

Any of London, Midlands, Bristol or Northern England - part office/part home based

£70,000 - £90,000 depending on experience

10% car allowance

Bonus - £20,000 - £50,000

A well-known Employee Benefits Company with leading flexible technology capabilities looking for a Senior Sales/Business Development Manager with Flexible Benefits background. This person can be based from any of the offices they have UK wide from London to the North of England but flexi working from home is also on offer. Our client are going through an exciting change having recently integrated their well-known Employee Benefits division with their Human Resources division to offer corporate clients an all-encompassing employee solution service. Their services include Employee Benefits consultancy/broker services in Health, Pensions, Flexible Benefits, Third Party Admin, HR advisory, Payroll and Data Analytics to name a few propositions they offer. With their the merging of Employee Benefits and HR divisions brings more opportunity for the BDM/Sales Consultant to network and upsell services targeting corporate clients from circa 5,000 employees up to larger corporates in the FTSE100. There is huge earning potential as the opportunity to create larger contract deals is reflected in their proposition. The current sales team have a fantastic sales support team and strength in depth with sales/bdm consultants from Healthcare and Pensions background.
