The Role - ACCOUNT MANAGER
You will be expected to assist in the teams delivery of revenue and profitability in accordance with shared targets.
This will be achieved by providing premium charter solutions to your clients whilst balancing returns against risk to the company. You will work closely with fellow team members to demonstrate smart procurement abilities, resourceful aircraft location, creative presentation of offers, outstanding commercial awareness, insightful closing techniques and robust administration with the flight planning arrangements.
It may also prove necessary on occasion to be included in various field activities such as client sales presentations, airline logistics meetings, aircraft viewings, flight riding or flight dispatch and corporate hospitality.
Make significant contributions to targets set for each financial year.
Maintenance of existing client base.
Ensure all new enquiries are entered correctly and updated on a regular basis.
Speedy turnaround of new and existing client enquiries.
Assist in the delivery of client care (birthday / Christmas)
Ensure flight files are updated, invoiced correctly and reconciled post flight.
All client interaction and information collected to be promptly and accurately stored within the CRM system
Understanding the needs of high net worth individuals.
Customer focused with excellent people skills
Previous experience working in an international environment
Previous customer service experience with the ability and confidence to sell
High standard of literacy and verbal communication
Numerate, efficient, confident and accurate
Logical approach to problem solving with consideration for the commercial effects of your decisions
Competitive, highly motivated and a team plater
Salary: £25k + Excellent Comm
Job Type: Fixed Contract 1 Year – possibly becoming permanent
