Reed is delighted to be working in partnership with a fantastic ethical banking establishment based in a central location in Bristol.


You will:

- Answer inbound calls in a friendly manner

- Handle automated call backs to customer requests

- Respond to customer emails as per the quality standards

- Follow all security and verification processes

- Maintain accurate customer records

- Follow the ethos of the bank and talk about the full product range 

- Provide internet banking support

- Take payment instructions received by phone and email

- Follow FCA guidelines
