Excellent Opportunity in Luxury Hotel

Our client based near Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire is recruiting a Sous Chef for their stylish property. This is an opportunity for a talented Sous Chef who is looking for a new challenge. The property has an excellent reputation for its food and service standards and has a 2AA rosette awarded restaurant. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who can assist in delivering a modern, contemporary menu and push on and gain a third rosette.

The Role

* Management and Development of brigade in Head Chefs absence
* Ability to deliver modern 2-3AA rosette standard food in a hotel including functions
* Good Team Player & Motivator

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up from 3AA or Michelin Background
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working at 2-3AA rosette or Michelin kitchen
* Ambitious and career orientated

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary to £30-35k
Live In if re-locating
Meals on duty
28 days holiday
