Executive Chef - London - Organisation is Key

A small restaurant group that has sites across the City of London is looking for an Executive Chef to oversee the 4 sites. The food concept is fresh, with a focus on meat. This role is very complex and involves a variety of day to day tasks.

To be considered for this role you must be the following:

  • Eligible to work in the UK (no option for visa sponsorship)
  • Able to commute to The City of London and Zones 1-2
  • Be currently, or have previously run multi-sites
  • Have a background in fresh food
  • Organisation and ability to work under pressure is vital as this is a full on role
  • Have a proven track record of running successful and profitable companies
  • Be organised and able to juggle many tasks at the same time, tasks include:
    • Recruitment
    • Stock
    • Rotas
    • HACCP
    • Training, Learning and Development
    • Menu development
    • Ensuring the teams are working to spec
    • Control of GP and Kitchen finances
    • Liaising with Operations team and Front of House teams
  • Be passionate about the hospitality and catering industry
  • Be a "foodie"
