To promote the development and achieve qualified sales reservations and progress through to
successful exchange and completions.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets as set and agreed.
Liaise with purchasers throughout the sales process, ensuring they are kept up to date with all relevant
information and making sure a good customer service is maintained.
Ensure that sales complex, show home and stock plots presentation is maintained to a high standard
generating a positive image for developer.

Key Deliverables
? Meet and engage with all prospective/existing customers in a professional and engaging manner to
ensure the best customer experience. To secure reservations wherever possible to meet or exceed
set sales targets.
? Achieve the best possible price for each plot to deliver maximum return.
? Respond to inbound enquiries from a variety of portals. Exhaust all enquiries.
? Follow up leads with a view to making appointments for customer to view the show home and/or stock
plots.
? Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots and site to fully demonstrate product,
pointing out features and benefits and overcoming objections in the process.
? Engage with all potential purchasers who visit the site and complete the Premier Homes
(Enquiry form. Keep accurate and up to date customer records, compile, forward interest for
future plots/phases. Contact customer as appropriate.
? To promote the range (if applicable) to achieve as many upgraded items as
possible.
? Use incentives effectively to ensure a good flow of sales whilst maximising profit.
? Ensure all visitors to site are aware of Health and Safety Policy and ensure that they do not go on
site if they are not accompanied by a representative.
? Ensure that all relevant paperwork is accurately completed upon reservation. That all procedures are
adhered to and the post reservation form is presented, studied carefully with up to date plans of the
specific plot they are purchasing and signed by the customer and the Sales Negotiator at the sales
office. 

? Progress sale to ensure contract deadlines and legal completion expectations are met. Liaise with
purchaser, solicitors and financial advisers on a weekly basis to ensure progression from reservation to
exchange of contracts to legal completion runs both as smoothly and as quickly as possible
? Complete and return weekly activity form, reporting details which include - visitors to site, reservations,
exchanges and completions.
? Keep plot files up to date including customer contact details.
? Liaise with purchasers regularly to keep them updated of current position and keep them informed of
any changes ensuring that a high level of customer care is maintained at all time
