1st Line Helpdesk Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line Helpdesk Administrator to join a well established and highly reputable organisation based in East Grinstead where you will be responsible for providing first line IT assistance in a professional and customer focused manner.
Your key duties will include:
- Providing first line user support for all hardware and software issues
- Troubleshooting including resolving networking issues
- Monitoring, managing and progressing all service requests in an efficient manner
- Escalating incidents to appropriate teams
Your previous troubleshooting experience and knowledge of resolving hardware and software issues combined with a customer focused approach to work and the ability to work under pressure will enable you to excel in this role. You will have excellent time keeping and problem solving skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Working hours on a rota - Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs
- 8.30 - 5.00
- 9.00 - 5.30
- 9.30 - 6.00
You will also be required to work 1 weekend in 4, however this will fluctuate during low season and will be paid at time and a half:
- Saturday: 8.30 - 5.00
- Sunday: 9.00 - 5.00
