£20,000 per annum

Are you passionate about the care or military industry?

Our prestigious client, within the care industry, is looking for a part-time Community Coordinator to join their team on a permeant basis, to work across all of their office sites.

Duties & Tasks:

- Recruit fundraisers to take part in third party sporting events
- To identify and develop new fundraising opportunities which will help expand the fundraising programme
- Helping to devise and delivering a plan to proactively recruit and develop new corporates, schools, individuals and groups
- Establishing excellent and appropriate communication with all supporters, including through supporting/attending local events
- To deliver excellent, tailored supporter care to each individual, school, company and group
- Working with the team to recruit and develop an agreed number of skilled volunteers to support the community fundraising
- Promote and develop all Community Fundraising initiatives
- To seek new and innovative opportunities to recruit new supporters

Person Specific:

- Experience of community fundraising/ Marketing or Events
- Excellent communication skills particularly face-to-face and on the phone, but including via email & social media channels
- Strong inter-personal & relationship building skills, an ability to work across teams & build strong internal & external networks
- Experience of event organisation ideally in a charitable context
- Well practised and confident in preparing and delivering relevant presentations
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & those related to communicating online
