Payroll & Finance Assistant
Payroll & Finance Administrator is required by our client based in Coventry.
This is a full time permanent role offering a very attractive salary and other benefits.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and working within a small friendly team your main responsibilities will include:
Payroll. Liaising with the HR Manager you will be responsible for end to end payroll including processing time-sheets, calculate pay by cash, cheque or electronic transfer, RTI, monthly payroll journals and payroll reconciliations, annual P11d calculations. This position would suit candidate with experience of payroll SAGE 50 and ideally Pegasus Opera 3, AAT studier or similar professional qualifications.
Finance. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for positing journals, balance sheet reconciliations / P&L, preparations and distribution of monthly financial reports and maintenance of the general ledger.
