Amazing at admin? Love hotels? Ready to get your staffing career started? Thought so. Look no further, YOU are exactly who we’ve been looking for. We need a Staffing Co-Ordinator to join our Hotels Team and be responsible for our team bookings - both day-to-day and special events!

I know this incredible job has all sorts of questions racing through your brain like: What team? What hotels? What bookings? Don’t panic! It’s all very easy:

Step 1: The Recruitment team find and upload new team members for you to get to know and love. You’ll get to know everything from what holidays they have booked, their strongest skill, their favourite colour, and much more.

Step 2: The client will call in needing some team members (could be for a three-day event, could be for 8 hours). You will know exactly who to send before they even finish their sentence! You’ll know the amazing from the average, and be responsible for many matches made in heaven (just in time for Valentine’s Day!)

Step 3: Remember, there would be no perfect match between Client and Team without YOU, and they’re still getting to know each other. So, they will both expect you to be in communication with them as much as necessary via any means necessary. Text, emails, phone call, love letter, carrier pigeon…

Step 4: By this stage, you’ve probably received a wedding invitation so well done on your perfect matchmaking! Time to relax and count the hours until it’s home time… except TWO more clients have requested for the perfect team while you were matchmaking for the first one! Back at it you go (see Step 1)

Evidently, this is not for the faint "hearted" (get it?! Plenty more Valentine’s Day references to come people). You’ll be a confident cookie with common sense by the kilo. You’ll be flexible and fired up about the freedom to work on the field! You’ll have attention to detail in abundance, and multitasking is your ONLY method. You’ll provide nothing but perfection, even under pressure!

I hate to be a spoilsport, but this is where the alliteration ends. My point is, you don’t have to be an expert as training will be provided - but your enthusiasm and common sense has to make up for what you don’t have in experience!

You’ll be reporting into the beautiful Barbora who’s been with us a total of 10 years. She’ll be able to train you up and look after you along the way - but she’s a new mother and needs a self-starter rather than someone else to babysit aside from her Baby Ale.
