Registered Home Manager

PCB Care are currently recruiting on behalf of a residential home that specialises in working with young people with challenging behaviour. They are looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to work in Surrey. Your day to day duties would include:

- Working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday inclusive of On-Call duties
- Ensure that the children and young person's primary and developmental needs are priority by working to develop a strong caring ethos
- Set in place procedures and processes within current government regulations and company policies/procedures

To be considered for this challenging but rewarding role, as a Registered Home Manager, you will need the following:

- Will need to obtain, or be willing to work towards obtaining a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
- Within the last 5 years, worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children
- Worked for at least one year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role
- A full UK driver's licence would be beneficial, but not essential

Our client is looking for a committed and passionate individual who can fully deliver as a Registered Manager by providing young people with the opportunities to grow and develop. In return you will receive a fantastic salary and 34 days holiday.

This position would be suitable for people living in and around Surrey, Godstone, Bletchingley, Nutfield, Redhill & Tandridge.
