Regional Performance Manager

Location: London

Salary: £70,000 OTE

As one of the largest providers of adult training in the Southeast, Go Train are continuously expanding and developing our services. Therefore we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, proven senior manager with experience of multi-site and government skills contracts to join our rapidly growing organisation as a Regional Performance Manager for London.

The role involves:

  • Taking responsibility for our Training Centres in Bromley, Dartford and Woolwich; soon to include Hackney and Tower Hamlets.
  • Delivering an excellent level of customer service to our learners, setting an example by leading the team with an inspirational approach.
  • Driving and achieving all quality and performance KPIs, with a good eye for detail when managing processes and data.
  • Mentoring Training Centre Managers, supporting them to manage their team and targets.
  • Taking a leading role in the recruitment of new members of staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering government contracts aimed at training people to help them into or to sustain employment, motivating managers to reach their full potential, with the ability to analyse data in order to drive efficiency and growth.
