My client are a global technology company who are looking for a BDM to cover EMEA due to growth within their team.

Job Summary:
Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Build and maintain key contacts and secure new and/or existing business account and customers.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
? Responsible for revenue generation, account penetration and market development within assigned territories or named accounts.
? Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services. Work collaboratively with internal resources as needed to ensure success of implementation to the customer.
? Provide strategic support to the customer while demonstrating products and solutions that align with the customer’s needs.
? Lead the sales and contract renewals process to include the following activities: creation, presentation, and sales of a complete value proposition, negotiating, pricing, and contractual terms, the development, writing, and delivery of sales proposals, RFPs, and through negotiation to a commercial agreement.
? Keep current on product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends. Shares insight and knowledge with both internal and external colleagues.

Education
Requires BS/BA degree in business or related field with 5 years’ experience in sales of software products and services

Experience
? Minimum of 5 years of formal field sales experience within CSG’s target markets
? Proven success in prospecting, building a pipeline, and networking
? Proven ability to establish client relationships
? Demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve
? Driven with the ability to achieve/exceed sales quotas
? Pro-active, creative, and enjoys challenges
? Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to deliver quality presentations to prospective customers
? For International Roles:
o Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment with an understanding of business and decision process in different geographic territories
o Multilanguage capabilities as required within certain geographic territories
? For IM:
o Call center technology experience
o IVR and messaging background
? For Output Solutions:
o Print & mail solutions
o Archiving exp, and E-care background
Travel
Must be able to travel internationally and/or domestically (dependent upon location of the role) up to and exceeding 25% of the time
