Sous Chef: Modern British Gastropub
Walton on Thames. Up to £ 26,000 depending on experience + achievable bonus
We are recruiting a sous chef for a food led, modern gastropub on the banks of the Thames.
Our client is a small group of 3 gastropubs which aspires to be a real market leader and is expanding at a realistic pace. This means you can have real input in the menus, truly show your skills and grow to your full potential.
This positon would suit candidates that aspire to become Head Chef in the not too distant future.
The chef we are looking for will
- Be able to lead, enthuse, train and inspire a small team
- Be a foodie
- Be hungry to share the journey to success
- Support the process of becoming London's Gastropub Market Leader
- Have a positive attitude to work
- think outside the box
This pub serves modern British food (with the odd twist here and there) and is serious about it!
