As a Team Leader at Fired Earth, you will be helping to lead a team, drive sales and inspire customers. You will represent the brand through the delivery of superb customer service standards driving sales to company targets and KPIs, whilst assisting managing the store team within the branch. You will also help to shape the direction and sales in store. You will be responsible for supervising, coaching and setting targets for a team of people, and running the store in the absence of the retail sales manager, as well as maintaining consistent customer service levels, retail standards, managing leads into the store, and controlling budgets to ensure maximum profit levels.
You will have had previous management experience in a retail role, and have had responsibility for leading a team of people. This is a role which requires someone who has a passion for interiors, creativity, and a strong retail sales background. You also need to be capable of managing a team, following up on deadlines, and ensuring that the store achieves its objectives. This is a challenging role which would suit a manager looking to develop their sales and people management skills.
While everyone working within Fired Earth often has to help to choose and advise on design ideas and colours, this is not a design role, but is strongly sales focused. Full systems and product training is given, though an eye for colour and design is helpful.
