This is a fantastic opportunity for an email marketing enthusiast to join the UK's leading digital media company as CRM Executive.
As the successful CRM Executive, you will be the key person to ensure that customer communication is in line with the company’s strategy and act as the first point of contact for any CRM/data related questions.

As CRM Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
• Contribute to CRM strategies and wider team data vision and objectives
• Campaign management and distribution (newsletters and commercial)
• Email production
• Champion all email campaigns and advocate the central digital data strategy
• Data gatekeeper for the wider business
• Approve campaigns and data selection
• Support the CRM team and email champions with implementation of multi-channel campaigns
• Split testing and knowledge sharing with the wider CRM team
• Proofread and test emails to ensure accuracy
• Educate commercial and editorial teams on how to maximise usage of the competition platform
• Ensure best practice marketing principles are adhered to
• Ensure data collection from competition platform is fed correctly back into ESP and relevant follow-up campaigns are set up
The successful CRM Executive will have the following:
• Be commercially focused/savvy
• Have a good understanding of CRM, data and email best practices
• Experience of an ESP/marketing cloud - Ideally Oracle’s Responsys platform
• Have HTML experience to troubleshoot rendering issues
• SQL experience is desirable
