THE ROLE
Hours of work: 37.5 hours (over 5 out of any 7 days, according to a predetermined rota).
You must be flexible to work evening shifts and over weekends/bank holidays, if required.

JOB : Property Maintenance Customer services and Help Desk Administrator
Responsible for:
* Answer incoming telephone calls and e-mails, deal with queries relating to property maintenance services
* Liaise with internal and external company representatives and third-party contractors.
* Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information ensuring that each query is resolved and completed successfully
* Co-ordinate and arrange for third-party contractors to troubleshoot and deal with maintenance issues
* Utilise an in-house database to create traceability
* Updating various reports

MUST HAVE WORKED IN A SIMILAR OFFICE BASED ROLE RECENTLY
