Business Innovation Director
Our client, a high-profile UK multinational media brand, is looking to add a Business Innovation Director to support a more purpose-driven approach across the whole value chain. The role will entail providing strategic advice, consultancy and practical support to businesses in relation to their customer, people, communities and environmental strategies.
Primary responsibilities of the position include:
-Supporting the business with purpose development and articulation, purpose embedding and culture change, purpose measurement and purpose communications strategies
-Increasing purpose-related content across all communication channels
-Ensuring highly effective management of each business relationship
-Effectively designing and managing projects and initiatives linked to key business accounts
-Delivering the company environmental strategy alongside other branches of the business
Additionally, due to the ethical of the role, candidates with a demonstrable commitment to positively impacting business will have a significant advantage throughout the application process.
Other requirements for the role are as follows:
-Previous experience in a communications, account management or influencer role
-Confidence working with statistics, with experience in research and business partner management
-Excellent communication skills: copywriting, editing, presenting
-Ability to work on multiple projects across a wide range of topics/businesses
While not a necessity for this position, previous experience in a charitable environment or team would also be greatly preferred/a bonus.
