Customer Service Engineer will provide support to the Chief Systems Technology Officer ("CSTO") and develop an understanding of the technical aspects of the printing and production process. To work on customer installations and provide technical support to customers, providing an excellent level of customer service. Position based in Farnham, Surrey

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

" Train with the CSTO to gain a high level of understanding on the operation of the systems used in Production
" Travel to client sites with the CSTO or independently to install systems at client locations
" Provide training to clients, either on-site or remotely, to ensure that clients understand fully how to operate the systems
" Provide on-ongoing support to customers using our Zendesk system, and over telephone, email and Skype
" Apply agreed Quality Control processes on a daily basis
" Abide by the Company rules and processes implemented, including all of the rules in the Staff Handbook
" Adhere to Company processes on the working environment, including temperature and humidity
" Carry out regular maintenance on machinery
" Raise any issues/production questions to technical support
" Maintain quality throughout all aspects of work, by adhering to set standards
" Contribute to team effort by supporting all members of the business where possible
" Flexible approach to working, including working overtime during busy periods, in accordance with the Company's overtime policy

INDIVIDUAL

" Computer literate, with solid excel skills
" At least 3 years' experience of digital printing and Photoshop
" Good communication skills, both verbal and written
