We are working on behalf of a developing school located in the heart of central London, that is seeking a EYFS Phase Leader to join their school. Due to the nature of the current staffing structure, they have the flexibility to start this role in April or September 2017.

Located in Central London within the heart of the West End this primary school are looking to appoint an Early years Phase Leader to join their school on a permanent basis. This is a management role and the successful applicant will see themselves taking on a role that is mainly non-class based, with a real focus on management. As EYFS Phase leader you will also take responsibility for mentoring and supporting an NQT within the phase.
The school was last OFSTED inspected last year and sadly the school requires improvement across several areas. With a new headteacher in place, the school is undergoing extensive changes and the school is already on track to meet the requirements to be a 'Good' school.
As EYFS Leader you will have at least 4 years teaching experience,natural ability to manage a small team of teachers - whilst also managing your own work load.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to 'leave their mark' within a rapidly expanding and developing school.
