An exciting job opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a growing business in Coleshill.
Your new company
An established service provider based in Coleshill with over 20 sites throughout the UK. Following considerable investment, they have been through a period of sustained growth and are now looking to recruit for a number of positions including a permanent Accounts Assistant.
Your new role
You will report into the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the purchase and sales ledger and will also be involved in some aspects of credit control. You will be required to reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements, manage petty cash and calculate monthly and quarterly VAT returns.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in an all round accounts role and will be competent within all aspects of purchase and sales ledger. You will be highly numerate with strong IT skills including Excel and ideally Sage. You will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders both verbally and via email.
