I am looking for a New Business Administrator in the City area to join an ever growing team. You must provide first class client support within a leading IFA setting. To be part of a multi-disciplined team, working cohesively and collaboratively to deliver service, sales support and operational excellence. Provide an efficient, effective and timely administrative support service to the advisers, clients and the company.

To demonstrate a proven track record of providing administrative support for an award winning company of Independent Financial Advisers. Responsible for the partaking in support training, ensuring that you attain company bench marks and standards. The Client Support Administrator will, at all times, operate within the strict FCA regulations, internal procedures and systems ensuring the company provides a Premier Client Support Team.

Must have the relevant experience:

• Good knowledge and experience in an administration role within an IFA environment, with corporate and private wealth experience.
• Studying towards of have attainted part or full of a Financial Services Industry recognised qualification. (FPC/CFP /RO)
• Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of financial products and platforms, including employee benefits products.
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Experience of working within defined service standards and procedures.
• Ability to build and develop effective working relationships.
• A team player with an adaptable and flexible approach to work to suit company needs and changing priorities.
• Experience using relevant systems (Office Advisor/ Avelo/ Iress).
