Customer Account Manager - Required Skills / Experience:

  • History of working within a target driven environment with a proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to develop a strong career with an industry leader
  • Good communication skills at all levels and self-motivated / Driven
  • Strong exposure to creating and developing new client relationships
  • Sales experience in the IT sector and have worked with or sold within an end user model
  • Minimum 2 years corporate IT Sales experience
  • Proven track record in new business sales success
  • Direct face to face sales experience with credibility and gravitas to operate comfortably with senior level contacts
  • Ability to develop new business accounts and manage expectations

Customer Account Manager - Duties / Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for selling the complete portfolio of Products & Services to both new and existing business customers to support individual targets and the company’s overall growth plans.

You will also be responsible for pro-actively generating leads which you will convert into sales of our approved products and services. This requires well developed sales skills from prospecting & qualifying leads, through to visiting clients, product demonstrations, liaising with pre-sales technical resource, proposal creation and successfully negotiating closure.

You will work closely with our marketing resources to identify & source sales leads as well as be prepared to identify new business yourself. We expect about 50% of your leads to be self-generated.
