IBA ACCOUNTS CLERK £29,000 - £32,000
City based Lloyds Broker is seeking to recruit an IBA Accounts Clerk.
Role includes financial and technical tasks that would include the following responsibilities:

·Daily reporting of all Insurance premium and claim receipts.
·Maintenance of cash books (all trading currencies).
·Posting and matching cash receipts and payments against system ledgers
·Prepare the monthly client money calculation.
·Dealing with internal and external queries regarding insurance payments.
·Assist with the credit control function, ensuring that all monies owed are collected within our terms of trade in a polite, efficient and effective manner
·Reviewing aged insurance debtors and creditors and assisting the review of uncorrelated cash.
·Liaising with the Account technicians and Finance team to investigate outstanding credit and debit balances.
·Ad hoc assignments and projects for the Technical team.
·Ad hoc assignments for the Finance team.
Successful candidate will possess IBA experience, Ability to think laterally and solve problems using own initiative. Organised. Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing. Strong numerically. Ability to work under pressure
