I am currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join an exceptional team in Buckinghamshire.
Main duties include;
- Remain health and safety compliant
- Maintain full control of waste
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen
- Deliver top quality food service
- Follow food specifications as set out by the head chef
- Process food deliveries to the kitchen
- Assist the head chef in facilitating stock rotation
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of profit & loss and GP control
- Assist in the mentoring and development of junior staff
- Ensure all daily checklists and HACCP are completed
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Assist colleagues with events
This role is 37.5 hours per week working between the hours of 9am - 8pm so flexibility is required.
