A leading firm in the health and social care, professional services, real estate sectors are currently recruiting for a solicitor to join their well-respected employment team on a permanent basis. Working with public, private and third sector organisations, you will be responsible for a broad range of employment issues including TUPE, redundancy arrangements and selection process, equal pay, data protection, whistleblowing and discrimination claims and more.
The successful candidate for this role will need to have at least 2+ PQE in employment law. The ideal candidate will also have experience dealing with NHS-related issues.
