Overview of the role:
As an Account Development Rep, you will be responsible for generating Qualified Sales Opportunities in the European region, leveraging the marketing and lead generation resources available to create demand.
You will be expected to spend considerable time on the phone, researching client info and developing the interest of the clients in the value proposition and be energetic and relentless in pursuit of gaining client meetings.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage the lead generation, demand generation and opportunity qualification processes for your target accounts
Generate and arrange meetings that will deliver Qualified Sales Opportunities for the Sales teams in order to drive the sales process.
Communicate a strong understanding of my client’s products to customers
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning.
Build relationships with peers among sales/marketing staff, technology, business units, and customers
Meet with qualified sales opportunities targets as defined in objectives.
Work with the marketing team to deliver targeted marketing campaigns
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required include:
Experience of achieving results in a phone-based inside- sales role
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with SaaS and Cloud software or Ecommerce solutions
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical or market issues clearly
Ability to maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning.
Strong relationship building skills with tenacity self-direction
