Accounts Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator, to join this well established business in Letchworth, who are experiencing a period of growth.

Duties will include:

· Answering the phone

· Raising Sales Ledger invoices

· Credit control duties

· Posting Purchase ledger invoices

· Supplier statement reconciliation

· General clerical duties

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills & experience:

· Good working knowledge of Sage Line 50

· A pleasant telephone manner

· Proficient with Microsoft packages

· A strong attention to detail

· The ability to prioritise and multi-task

· Work well on own as well as in a team

· Used to working in a busy office environment

· Be flexible in your approach to a varied role
