Compass Associates are working with a valued client who is currently looking to recruit a Clinic Manager for their Clinic in Central London. We are seeking a dynamic leader with previous experience in managing and motivating staff within a Cosmetic/ Aesthetic environment.


To ensure the efficient running of the Clinic, optimising client experience, driving sales and effectively managing staff. The clinic manager will be responsible for a multi-disciplinary team and therefore previous experience and broad understanding of the services offered is essential, as well as a good general clinical understanding (preferable clinical background).

The Service

The company provides non surgical cosmetic procedures to a UK leading standard, nationwide.

The Candidate

  • Demonstrated experience in staff management - must be a leader and motivator.
  • Previous Knowledge of running a clinic or similar role in the Private Healthcare industry.
  • A good understanding of clinical procedures currently being undertaken at the clinic.
  • Excellent customer service that derives from attention to detail.
  • High I.T. literacy including Excel, Word.

The Role

Responsible for the day to day management of the clinic with a focus on sales, profitability, whilst maintaining a high standard of service to the patients and managing your clinic team. Ensuring full compliance with internal and external regulatory standards, to assist, develop and support clinic team to ensure they provide the best service to all clients and to deliver clinic operational performance targets.

The role will be varied and include the following areas:

  • Leadership of the team in line with the company values promoting brand and service
  • Full accountability for clinic performance and profit
  • Providing all clients with the best customer service ensuring compliance in line with policies and procedures
  • Managing of local marketing in line with company branding
