Adecco are currently recruiting for a UK and Export Account Manager for our client based in Harlow, Essex. This is a permanent position within a successful creative business that can offer career development and a rewarding earning capacity.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful global sales team, selling market leading products to a large number of independent and national retail stores. With a high level of independence, the successful candidate will be tasked with developing and increasing sales and managing the relationship within your customer and territory base.

The position will be based in Harlow, Essex offering a salary of £22,000-£28,000k per annum including a rewarding commission scheme (OTE around £10k). Benefits also include 25 days holidays + bank holidays. Please note this fantastic opportunity may include UK and European travel.

Key Accountabilities:
*Building and developing customer relationships.

*Maintain regular communication and contact maintenance to existing accounts.

*Plan, Develop and implement account and territory specific action plans.

*Analyse customer trends and sales performance to maximise business.

*Taking ownership and responsibility for agreed territories and retail accounts.

*Implementing agreed territory specific marketing strategy.

*Meeting customers both in the UK and overseas to build relationships and develop territory understanding.

*Responding to and handling inbound customer requests.

*Supporting and assisting International Sales Manager in wider sales projects and events.

*The potential to manage UK national retail accounts.

*Monitor and report on market and completion and provide relevant reports and information.

*To achieve sales targets and objectives set by the International Sales Manager.

*New business generation through cold calling and investigating leads.

The ideal candidate:
Adecco are looking for a candidate who is dedicated and passionate about sales. You will be target driven, have exceptional time keeping and hold yourself to the highest professional conduct in the workplace.

*Proven experience within a sales management, account management or sales based role.

*Experience selling to the leisure sector would be highly advantageous.

*The ability to be able to build upon existing and develop new working relationships.

*Customer focused with a professional approach.

*Strong IT and computer literacy skills; Confident handling and analysing numerical data.

*Resilience, self motivation and ability to work under pressure.

*Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.

*Motivation to hit and exceed targets.
