Service Administrator required for car dealership in Guildford, Surrey

£18-20,000 basic salary (experience dependent)
Bonus structure (worth up to £2-3,000 per annum)
Busy car dealer franchised to market leading brand
Part of a large national dealer group
Personal training and development available
Monday – Friday working week

I am working on behalf of my client to recruit a Service Administrator for their busy aftersales department. This is a newly created role for the business, and the successful candidate will handle daily duties of preparing upcoming job cards, internal invoicing, taking telephone bookings and making follow up calls to customers who have visited the business.

The successful candidate will need to be able to work to a fast pace, have strong communication and listening skills, and will need to be highly computer literate as the role will involve the use of several different systems at one time.

Candidate requirements;
Ideally from a motor trade aftersales background
Well organised and effective communicator
Focus on customer service
Competency with IT and various software systems
