As a Year 4 Primary Teacher join this SEMH school that caters for those who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties.

This is the perfect opportunity to have maximum impact as you will be teaching a group of Year 4 students of no more than 8 with high levels of specialist support in place.

Person Specification for Year 4 Primary Teacher
As a Year 4 Primary Teacher you should be able to bring a quick-wit and adaptable teaching style to the role and overcome stressful and challenging situations on a daily basis. The school wants to see a Year 4 Primary Teacher who has confidence in their ability to keep up with work in a busy SEMH school and a proactive style that means them will go the extra mile to support their students. You should be a strong-willed Year 4 Primary Teacher who has worked in an environment with a high number of SEMH pupils previously and at least 1 year of teaching experience.

About the Role for Year 4 Primary Teacher
You will have the responsibility of working with the assistance and support of a motivated and capable Graduate Teaching Assistant. As a Year 4 Primary Teacher you will be part of a department with academic success at the forefront of its philosophy and taking on extra responsibility with a new KS3 cross Curricular Teaching as a possible option. In this exciting Year 4 Primary Teacher position you will be joining one of the school's KS2 classes depending on need within the phase.
