Reporting to the Finance Director, the Sales & Marketing System Administrator will manage 'BluePlanner’, a best-in-class Revenue Management platform, supporting Sales Planning, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Analytics, and Optimization (TPO).
You’ll be responsible for system management including maintaining data, identifying and resolving issues, processing change requests, amending system configurations, investigating and fixing bugs, and managing data uploads. Working closely with internal business teams and the 'BluePlanner’ team, you will assess and track problems and implement solutions enhancing system capability. In addition, the Sales & Marketing System Administrator will be involved in the coordination and testing of further developments to the system and provide ongoing user training.
The successful candidate will be an independent, self-starter with experience of systems management and a proficient IT knowledge. You will have demonstrated strong communication and relationship management skills and a proven ability to assess problems, research and implement solutions. An FMCG background or knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
