Purchase Ledger Clerk
O'Connor Utilities Ltd currently has a vacancy for an expereinced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy team in a fast growing environment.
Day to day responsibility of specific individual supplier accounts
Enter proof of deliver documents on sage construct
Checking invoices and getting them authorised for payment
Entering invoices onto sage construct
Preparing all the invoices for payment, reconciling statements
Ensure you are working according to deadlines
Keep the dept up to date in terms of invoices and develop processes to deter backlog on payments.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
21 days holidays plus 8 BH
- Workplace pension scheme
Salary £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience.
Previous work expierence is a fast paced purchase ledger role is essential.
