Basic circa £30,000, plus uncapped commission, generous travel compensation and benefits

Our client is an award-winning business consultancy service specialist, offering a number of solutions to customers of all sizes. They are a highly successful, profitable business with an enviable reputation for service / solutions supplied.

Our client is currently seeking to recruit an additional sales specialist who will be based from the office in High Wycombe, visiting clients as required, predominantly in the Home Counties / South East.

The role:

· To generate new business opportunities promoting data protection / data security services

· Work on vertical campaigns with the marketing department, targeting specific sectors

· Manage the 360 sales process from lead development to presenting and closing the business

· Convert leads and enquiries, they secure a great deal of business via recommendation

· Work alongside the sales managers offering other solutions to assist in cross selling and optimising customer opportunities.

· Be happy on boarding customers and ensuring all accounts and services are set up and running to specification.

Suitable candidates:

· Will have demonstrated success promoting a business service / solution, ideally on a consultative basis.

· Advertising, marketing, legal, outsourcing, security, intelligence and governance could be good backgrounds for this role

· Be happy converting leads and enquiries as well as sourcing new business opportunities

· Ideally have experience working alongside marketing, following through from targeted campaigns to generate business

· Have a strong attention to detail, happy working closely with customers to fully understand their requirements

· Be organised, proactive and commercially aware

· A hunter who is happy presenting, negotiating and closing at all levels, capitalising on all opportunities
