My client is part of a large, market leading group of companies who are extremely well established and employ thousands of people across the country.

In addition to world class training and 1st class infrastructure to support you they have a fantastic commission structure with a £28,000 OTE on top of an excellent basic salary with several people earning around £2000 per month in commission. The commission structure is totally uncapped and one of their best performers has done over £4500 in a month before, demonstrating the earning potential for a determined and tenacious Business Telesales Consultant. As a Graduate Business Sales Consultant you will work in a busy sales team making outbound calls to businesses selling in secure document destruction services for one of the biggest brands in the UK. It will be your job to build up rapport with potential customers, identify their needs and pitch a solution to them that will enable you to close the sale and secure their business.
