Membership Support Officer - Women's Section
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in time of change. The Membership Support Officer is responsible for providing management and administrative support to our Women’s Section members across UK. This role involves giving guidance on all membership issues, branch management, a wide range of general enquiries and supporting the Chairman and Committee to ensure their business complies with the Royal Charter, Legion policies and procedures. The role will also contribute to our wider welfare, representation comradeship and Remembrance work.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building, communication, organisational, administration, IT, and basic accounting skills, together with the self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of multi-faceted team. The post is based in London and core working hours are Mon- Fri 9am to 5pm
Experience of delivering services in change environment, working with volunteers and knowledge of the Armed Forces is desirable.
