Customer Content Manager / Customer Liaison Manager - £40-50,000 London
Content Manager / Customer Liaison Manager required by established Tech Brand operating in the Online Retailer marketplace.
The role will involve working closely with consumers as well as end user clients whilst being at the heart of the business with touch points across multiple teams.
Developing strategy plans for moderator communities with a focus on growth and engagement you will develop forecasting reports, collate and review moderator hours and invoices, manage day to day communcations with community lenders + much more.
We are looking for individuals who are comfortable working within a structured and unstructured delivery environment who have experience of running a distributed team and solid experience with content management and community moderation.

Salary - £50,000 + Pension, Life and Health.
