Our client a 5* Hotel based is Mayfair (London) and part of a large and well-known UK Hotel chain is currently looking for an experienced and cutting edge Head Chef.
The operation includes a busy Conference & Banqueting department with up to 400 covers per day, fine dining Restaurant and Room Service.
Food revenue of £2 million per year and able to manage a large brigade of Chefs
The £2 million food is up to 2AA rosettes standards, and only the freshest ingredients are used.
The ideal Head Chef will receive a salary of £50/60,000 per year and negotiable
London experience and in a similar role as a Head Chef is essential, and the Head Chef must have strong leadership and management skills.
