Sales Manager - Hotel Management Systems

Sales Manager salary - up to £35k plus commission

We are looking for a Sales manager for this dynamic PMS company.

The company is going from strength to strength with offices all over Europe. They are now looking to expand their sales team in order to continue their growth Worlwide, taking on some of the biggest names in the industry.As sales manager you will be based in the City of London.

As Sales Manager you will be responsible for generating leads and revenue by selling the PMS into the European Hotel & Hostel industry.

The candidate must have the ability to communicate, sell and close business at all levels from Departmental Management to Board Level.

Ideally, the successful Sales Manager candidate should come from a strong background of managing and developing Key Accounts within the Hospitality industry. The ability to speak several European Languages would be highly desirable. You will be expected to travel across Europe regularly - anywhere at anytime to close the deal so flexibility is a must!

Sales manager Responsibilities to include:

• Meet and exceed agreed sales and gross margin targets consistently.

• Generate new business and ability to grow an extensive, qualified pipeline

• Demonstrated experience and confidence in negotiating and closing sales

• Manage, develop and maintain sales plans and processes within designated area of responsibility

• Weekly and monthly reporting on sales forecasts

• Keep up to date on all of products and services

• Help support and provide all necessary information to the Marketing department

• Ability to present and demonstrate competently at all levels
