They work in partnership with their clients to find them the best talent in the market and with their candidates to find the best opportunities. As market experts we are also able to offer our candidates excellent levels of impartial career advice and guidance. We are currently in the midst of expanding into selling within the financial (asset management) sector and subsequently have at least 5 immediate junior roles to fill as soon as possible.
This role offers the opportunity to earn a promotion within the first 6 months of your arrival, as you will start in the initial role of a resources which will require you to work with a senior sales consultant who will mentor you and monitor your initial progress. Upon your promotion you will become more and more independent selling within the financial sector, with an initial client list to work with, you will be encouraged to source more clients and business. Largely telephone based, you will speak to clients on a daily basis in order to arrange sales and ensure the client's needs are met.
Our ideal graduate for the role needs to have a determined and hard-working personality. Further to this, excellent social skills are a necessity for the role as a variety of ways of communication will be required when interacting with both candidates and clients. The ideal candidate should always be looking to exceed the levels of expectations set.
