As a Graduate PMLD Behavioural Mentor your role will involve you supporting the work of the class teachers within KS1. You will quickly learn that the SLT truly values your support, and will guide you throughout the placement in return. Staff here need to be constantly vigilant to make sure the children are playing safely together and participating in interactive learning activities. In general, as Graduate PMLD Behavioural Mentor will be helping the class teacher to design and develop fun, exciting lessons that incorporate the impressive resources available.
