Associate Project Manager
A medium size project, cost and building consultancy are seeking an Associate Project Manager. The company have grown from strength to strength over the last 3 years and have an exceptional client list which they are looking to extend within the private and public sector.
The associate Project Manager's main responsibility is to deliver projects along with encouraging and mentoring more junior members of the team. The Project Management team offer a range of client services, including Employers Agent, Programme Management, Procurement and Contract Management to ensure that the client is the number one priority at all times. The consultancy's typical project size is between £20m and £75m with some projects up to £450m working along side a major regeneration developer in central London
Associate Project Manager requirements
Construction / Surveying degree
Experience of new build and refurbishment
Education, Residential, Retirement homes, Regeneration schemes experience
The Associate Project Manager must be comfortable leading projects and reporting directly to Directors and managing internal and external teams.
